WHAT we DO
Provide a platform for men’s and women’s middle, high school and collegiate rugby players in North America to communicate, educate, proliferate, and maximize enjoyment, opportunity, and potential through production and presentation of (and access to) high-level information, coaching, and online resources.
WHO WE ARE
-
Daniel Griff
CO-FOUNDER
Two-time IRANZ course graduate, Dan, a former D1 Mens rugby athlete, is a finance and banking professional who encourages those he coaches to work hard in school, keep up their grades, and to plan for a college education and a successful life outside of rugby.
Most recently, Dan was the head coach for the Raptors Rugby program out of Nashville, Tennessee from September, 2021 to November, 2024. He is currently working with the rugby program at Vanderbilt University.

Wez Parkes
CO-FOUNDER
Knocking on 60, Wez Parkes, a native born New Zealander, and now a US citizen and Chicago resident, has been involved in the sport of rugby as a player, coach, and administrator since the age of four and on three separate continents.
A six times ironman and former lumberjack, Wez brings some unique life and business experience that he blends into the design of sport-specific programs for youth athletes that are safe, effective, and challenging: potentiating and guiding the physical and mental development of the athlete both on and off the field.
